Service

einvoicewiz converts uploaded invoice documents into structured e-invoice formats (Factur-X/ZUGFeRD/XRechnung) and validates files against EN 16931 rule sets. Output is generated from data you review and confirm.

Your responsibility

You confirm you are entitled to process the uploaded documents. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the reviewed data and the final file before sending it to any counterparty or authority. The service is a technical tool and does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice.

Credits & refunds

Conversion credits are consumed only when a file passes validation and is delivered. Failed validations are free. If a delivered file is rejected by a receiving platform due to a defect in our generation (not in the reviewed data), we refund the credit or the purchase on request to support@einvoicewiz.com.

Liability

Service provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for consequential damages, including tax penalties arising from incorrect reviewed data.
