What we process

Uploaded files (invoices) are processed transiently to provide validation and conversion. They are stored encrypted at rest on our servers for a maximum of 24 hours (so your download links work), then permanently deleted. We do not open, review or reuse your documents.

AI extraction uses third-party model endpoints configured with zero data retention (provider setting: data_collection=deny; only first-party endpoints of Google and Anthropic are allowed). Your documents are never used to train models.

Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see card numbers. We store the PayPal order id, capture id and payer e-mail to credit your purchase and handle refunds.

Technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) are kept for abuse prevention and deleted on rotation. Credits are tied to a random token in your browser's localStorage — we set no tracking cookies and run no third-party analytics.

GDPR

For EU users, the legal basis is contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) for conversions and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for abuse prevention. Rights requests: support@einvoicewiz.com. Data processed on servers in the USA; standard contractual clauses apply to sub-processors.
